Alex McFarlin Training Manager Hitachi Rail Europe on completion of Level 5 Management and Leadership Certificate for Institute of Leadership and Management September 2014
Fantastic course provided by a fantastic company. Training delivery and content was superb with plenty of additional support provided. Learnt a plethora of new skills which I have already started to benefit from at work. Quantuvis provides the “Rolls Royce” of management training in my opinion and I would not hesitate to use them again myself or recommend them to my colleagues.
Virgin Holidays Service Lean Programme
When we chose to embark on a Lean Programme we had very clear business objectives in mind and wanted to provide in depth knowledge to our own Business Improvement team and provide them with the skills and tools to enable them to roll out and embed this into the business.
Marilyn and Richard, who not only have genuine belief in and passion for Lean Management but also have a wealth of business experience between them, enabled us to not only understand the theory in a traditional classroom environment, but gave us on-going guidance and support through the initial implementation phase to ensure we genuinely understood the principles and philosophy and were able to implement them into real life business scenarios.
All the training and materials that Quantuvis provided were bespoke to our own specific business needs and goals and as a result of this, we are already able to see real benefits starting to filter through in terms of improved efficiency, improved accuracy, improved working practices and, of course, the real tangible benefit of financial savings. We would not have been able to achieve such good results so quickly without the team from Quantuvis and we are confident that the whole company will benefit from the implementation of Lean in a positive and profitable way.
Working with Quantuvis has really empowered us to implement long term, sustainable improvements and to anyone still thinking about it I would say – why wouldn’t you?

Can I say how much I enjoyed the recent two day course I attended. Having been a manager in KCC for more years than I care to remember it was the first time this type of content has been included. In fact I would probably go as far to say it is one of the best management courses I have attended as a KCC manager!

Production Director
We have been most impressed by the provision of training and NVQ assessment at levels 2 and 3 provided under the close management of Marilyn Kershaw. We have achieved to date a 100% pass rate for the employees who have entered the programme, and those employees have been transformed by the experience.
The process of NVQ in BIT in the factories has been a giant step in the development of employee engagement, continuous improvement from the bottom up, staff morale, productivity, kick starting the suggestion scheme and even into the creation of kaizen activities which looked impossible prior to the deployment.
I would thoroughly recommend the provider and the process to any organisation looking to engage all levels of its employees in accelerating the process of continuous improvement and ultimately turning the prosperity of its teams into measurable improvements in bottom line.

Al Hidden Copywriter – Writing for your Business
Al Hidden was kind enough to recommend me on LinkedIn and this is what he said…
‘Researching and writing client case studies for Quantuvis has given me privileged insight into how Marilyn and her colleague Richard Gill provide exemplary service for their consultancy clients. As part of my research process I have conducted confidential interviews with several of their clients and have received consistently fulsome praise for Marilyn’s expertise and customer service in her professional field – in particular, for the way Marilyn bridges the gap between theory and practical implementation. I urge you to talk to her about some consultancy before your closest competitor does.’
